CEO | Founder
Ron Wincek
​You could say Ron is a professional learner of our time. His passion for learning and teaching others has been the drive keeping the company growing for over two decades. Ron’s vision of taking learning to the next level exuberates through the work of his team with whom he continuously shares his vision. Ron enjoys playing the baritone sax in a swing (big) band and bowling in a league.

Vice President of Professional Services
Dan Richards
Dan has 25 years of experience as a learning design and development specialist. He manages production teams, teaches classes on instructional methods, and delivers consultative services that include SCORM integration and instructional systems architecture. Dan coaches a soccer team and plays several musical instruments including saxophone, flute, and bass guitar.

Resource Manager | Technical Manager
Karl Cartwright
Karl has a 30-year background in graphic design with 25 years concentrating on training and development. He manages internal resources, conducts training classes, and collaborates on course development projects. Karl enjoys coffee, cooking, woodworking, electronics, music, and 3D printing.

Projects Administrator | Training Coordinator
Leah Mooney
Skills honed as a previous teacher come in quite handy for a Project Administrator. Leah works with clients and coworkers to ensure project efficiency and quality. In addition, she coordinates all the training classes we offer. While she doesn’t have a whole lobby of hobbies, singing, baking, and playing volleyball are a few of her fondest activities.

Lead Multimedia Developer | Software Trainer
Eddie Javor
Eddie has a decade of experience in elearning design and development. Paired with a formal education in graphic design, his work is a strong combination of creative visuals and interactivity. Eddie brings his expertise to the classroom as well, serving as instructor for many of our classes. Away from the office, you can find him at antique stores hunting for special pieces to restore.

Multimedia Developer | Accessibility Specialist
Mary Ann Malolepsy
Mary Ann started her career as an elementary school music teacher and has spent the past 10 years as an elearning developer and video editor. She received her DHS Trusted Tester certification in 2017 and is the company’s go-to resource for Section 508 compliance in web applications and documents. Mary Ann spends her free time hiking, reading, and being with her family.

Multimedia Developer | IT and Security
Logan Cartwright
Logan has spent several years as a multimedia developer and IT specialist. He lends his skills toward the development of elearning courses in a variety of tools as well as supporting and enhancing the user experience in learning management systems. Logan enjoys studying game design and participates in video game development activities such as game jams when time allows.

Office Manager
Nancy Baldwin
Nancy spent decades of her career as a third grade teacher. In recent years, Nancy has transitioned to finance administration and accounting. She has remarked that the varying demands and unexpected challenges of a classroom full of children are not too dissimilar of those in an office setting. In her free time, Nancy makes bobbin lace and enjoys reading historical fiction.
