Challenge

NAPA did not have enough people internally to support the amount of development there was to be done and was looking for a company to act as an extension of their team to get the e-learning development done.

Solution

Interactive Advantage worked with NAPA’s subject matter experts and their team of instructional designers and brought in more instructional designers to aid with the design and development of their e-learning courses. We also created a set of templates for Microsoft Office products such as PowerPoint and Word specifically for use in presentation and instruction throughout the organization and “How to” videos on how to use those templates. IAC then helped NAPA to learn and integrate their learning content into their new LMS (learning management system) as well.

Results

NAPA was able to use the templates that we created as well as the courses that we aided in building to successfully design and develop instructional material for internal use moving forward.
