Neach needed to outsource some e-learning development that included adaptive assessments and performance tracking. They were also looking for their learning management system to be SCORM integrated.

Neach was able to distribute the necessary training to their employees using the e-learning developed by Interactive Advantage and in-turn increase their employee's performance and track that performance over time.

Neach is a nonprofit association that helps members originate and receive ACH transactions, and provides products, services, education and marketing to increase the acceptance, use, and electronic transactions. The ACH Network is a processing and delivery system that provides for the distribution and settlement of electronic credit and debits among financial institutions. The ACH Network was developed in response to the astronomical growth of check payments and the many technological advances in the mid-twentieth century and functions as an efficient, electronic alternative to paper checks.
