Challenge

SIAA was looking for a sales curriculum to be created within a new Learning Management system. 

Solution

Interactive Advantage implemented SIAA’s first ever Learning Management System (LMS) for their organization that serve hundreds of thousands of small to medium size insurance agencies throughout the country. Interactive Advantage also created an entire sales curriculum to be consumed by all of those agencies through the LMS. The sales curriculum included basics of sales, pipeline management, client nurturing, campaign management and execution, etc. Most recently Interactive Advantage has migrated and updated that sales training curriculum from Easy Generator to Storyline 360.

Results

SIAA is better able to train their new sales people and ensure that they are equipped with all of the necessary knowledge to be successful within the SIAA organization.
