Challenge

ZTT was looking for two different curriculums to be built for their teachers and care-givers of those three years old and younger.

Solution

Interactive Advantage has developed two different curriculums for ZTT, one called “Teacher Time” designed for teachers and care-givers of children who are three and younger. This training is a video based e-learning curriculum where professionals from that field were interviewed in a news interview type format. Each video was followed by a series of knowledge check and reflection questions and then designed final exams for each module in the series. The second curriculum is a micro-learning series for the ZTT critical competencies for teachers and care-givers of children zero to three. This is a combination of existing video, audio podcast files that included a lot of interactions and reflections where the student could enter in their own thoughts, plans, and strategies that they pick up during the training to use in their day-to-day work life.

Results

Interactive Advantage continues to work with ZTT to ensure that the above objectives are met and maintained.
